Re: Maps on the server, a handy-dandy spreadsheet
Definitely agree with your system with rotation, votes, and admin only maps, theLarom. But I think we should only permanently remove/delete maps from the server so long as absolutely no one cares about them. It doesn't hurt to leave the maps in admin only except for making the admin menu a little bigger, and I'd hate to upset anyone by taking away a map they like.

Yeah, I don't think we should do a 3-n-out kind of thing. You could easily imagine an extreme where 10 people want it gone and 7 want it to stay. If nobody wants it to stay, then we can consider it, but if someone likes it there's a chance more do as well and we should keep it. No big deal to keep 'em.

Last night Skyscaper came up and was played for about 5-10 minutes and I don't think anybody liked it. At least nobody said so if they did. We had a decent number of people on the server at the time.

Re: Maps on the server, a handy-dandy spreadsheet
Updated the spreadsheet to reflect the changes to Rotation, Votes, and Admin Only as per the Main Sticky thread...

On a side note, I deleted well over 1GB in old, outdated maps on my hdd. If anyone needs hdd space, you can delete them in program files/steam/steamapps/<username>/team fortress 2/tf/maps/

The two red/blue skyscrapers with the huge yard + rotunda in the middle with some other 'monuments' on the edges.

Re: Maps on the server, a handy-dandy spreadsheet
As great as democracy is and all, sometimes it doesnt get the job done. So Chron and I are establishing some extra-legislative powers. These have become necessary in dealing with several maps that are in limbo, being they are admin only and no one has any opinion on them. These powers may or may not also include the power to detain you indefinitely and waterboard your family. Have a great day!
