I'd love to get more Badwater Basin action going on, I love that map and can't find servers that host it very easily.
As far as all the other maps go, I can't stand beach invasion, its just a wee bit flabbergash is all.

Changes have been made based on everyone's input. Lots of new maps in votes and admin only selections.

cp_dustbowl and tc_hydro standard maps have been added to the votes.

All maps that have been dl'd, but are not in votes or cycle are listed at top (be aware, not all may still exist in the admin menu).

Some of this was done by hand, so if you notice any mistakes please let me know.

CP Broma 3 point capture map like Gravel Pit and Vertigo. Played it a few times on another server. Not sure how well it'll play on the server, but it'd be a nice alternative to Vertigo and Junction.

PL Great Heights 3 stage map like Goldrush, but with an Alpine theme. I've been dying to play this on a proper server. I poked around it on my own and then one on one, but that's a bad judge. It looks potentially really fun.

TC Meridian different twist on territory control. Instead of capping a point, you're grabbing the intel to get the area. It's got a nice congoish feel to it. Very good quality mapping. I've heard it plays better then Hydro.

CTF Geothermal played it on another server. Nothing really special, but it's nicely done. Just another option for those sick of playing the same CTF maps.

CTF Faceoff asymmetrical ctf map. Suggesting it mostly because it's one of the few I've seen that is actually available. The only issue might be it looks to be really tiny and might not play well with a full server.

In regards to using Valve standard maps, it'd be nice if Granary was back in rotation. It's the only 5 point map I really liked. Gravel Pit would also be a nice change.

Added all of the above to the votes. Also threw cp_granary and cp_gravelpit in the votes too.

Those do look good, Keys, Chron. I can't wait to try them.

Played a couple of those new ones that Troubled suggested two nights ago and they were pretty kickin' rad! Cept for Faceoff... Didn't really like Faceoff. Steave managed to get into a place where none of the red team could kill him, and it was just frustratingly near our flag/spawn. Not cool Steave. Not cool.

Great Heights was AWESOME for what I played of it. Plenty of space to snipe you all. Geothermal is average, but plays well once you get a few people on the server!

Yeah, my bad, Faceoff didn't work so well. It looked better when I was checking it out alone. With a decent sized group it lends to easy spawn camping on both sides and it's just not fun. Plus the textures were kind of crazy for me and frankly looked terrible.

One of these days in the near future, I'm going to load up every single thing I can on our server, one at a time and make a big list of things I think you can remove from the list entirely. The "Change map" menu is full of almost 100 maps, and I know we don't think that many are good enough for us to spend regular time on.

Which brings me to an interesting thing: several other servers I've been on have a map rating that comes up near the end of the round where you can give feedback on how much you liked or didn't like the map. I wonder if we can get something like that for Beetle's Mod.

Yeah, the map change menu has every map on the server, could probably delete a lot of maps completely.

The map rating thing sounds interesting, something that should be looked into I think.

Ya, I don't see anything in Beetlesmod on map rating. I wonder how they do it...

Played the Great heights map last night. I thought that was a pretty good map. Some places for spies to get behind you though so avoid playing against Zarol if you can!
